What does it involve?

High intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) which is short bouts of exercise, resulting in excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (E.P.O.C) also known as the after burn effect, which is a measurably increased rate of oxygen intake following strenuous activity intended to erase the body's oxygen deficit.

Basically you will burn lots of calories and get very fit and healthy.

Who is it suitable for?

Complete beginners to extremely fit individuals, the sessions are designed to ensure everyone, regardless of fitness, age or ability gets the work out they want. technique demos, drills and live demonstrations at the boot camps will provide you with the information you need to exercise safely, effectively and at a level you feel you can manage and stay in control of your workout.

What if i am a beginner, and not very confident or really unfit

Beginners are taken good care of at the boot camps to ensure you are exercising safely and with in your limits, you are encouraged to go steady and build up your confidence then your fitness. 

What will I wear?

Clothing that is suitable for the weather! Comfortable shoes and either shorts or tracksuit bottoms and either a short or long sleeved t-shirt, you may prefer to wear a light weather proof jacket (like a running jacket) remember you will get warm and stay warm when we start exercising! Bring a bottle of water with you to the bootcamp

Is it always outdoors?

YES! We use the term FUN. FITNESS & FRESH AIR for good reason. The enhanced benefits both physiologically and psychologically far outweigh exercising indoors, you will have a determined positive attitude to exercising outdoors and you will see and feel the enhanced benefits.

All sessions last 45 minutes.
